Common services can incude general distributions, food, WASH, and Education (to be define at the national/ local level). This indicator is linked to indicator 16 measuring general services reaching all populations including most vulnerable populations. Such mechanisms are put in place to ensure that general services provided reach the most vulnerable populations (minority groups, female-headed households, disabled, elderly, children). An example of common service targetting would be placing vulnerable groups, such as the elderly, at the front of distribution queues.
